Lake Country sits a quick run up Highway 97 from Kelowna, so Winfield, Oyama, Carr's Landing and Okanagan Centre are an easy on-site visit for us. It's also where a lot of the valley's newer acreage and custom homes are going up — between Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake, with the kind of square footage that makes a purpose-built golf room genuinely possible rather than a squeeze.
That makes Lake Country one of our favourite areas for two kinds of project: homeowners planning a dedicated bay into a new build, and the builders and designers spec'ing those homes who want the golf room laid out right before the drywall goes up. Being minutes from UBCO and the airport, we can coordinate trades and timelines without it ever becoming a logistics headache.

Yes. Lake Country — including Winfield, Oyama, Carr's Landing and Okanagan Centre — is part of our core service area. No travel surcharge, and we're happy to coordinate with your builder on new construction.
Residential builds start at $20K CAD and scale up with launch monitor, room size, and finish. We’ll quote to your budget. No bait pricing.
Minimum ceiling height is typically 9′, with 10′+ ideal. Width around 12′, depth 15′+. We’ll confirm with a free measure.
Most turn-key home installs are 1–2 days on-site once materials arrive. Commercial builds vary.
