Lake Country sits a quick run up Highway 97 from Kelowna, so Winfield, Oyama, Carr's Landing and Okanagan Centre are an easy on-site visit for us. It's also where a lot of the valley's newer acreage and custom homes are going up — between Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake, with the kind of square footage that makes a purpose-built golf room genuinely possible rather than a squeeze.

Yes. Lake Country — including Winfield, Oyama, Carr's Landing and Okanagan Centre — is part of our core service area. No travel surcharge, and we're happy to coordinate with your builder on new construction.
Most complete home builds land between $28K and $40K CAD before tax, depending on launch monitor, room size, and finish. Fully custom rooms start around $35K. We’ll quote to your room and budget. No bait pricing.
Minimum ceiling height is typically 9′, with 10′+ ideal. Width around 12′, depth 15′+. We’ll confirm with a free measure.
Most turn-key home installs are 1–2 days on-site. From deposit to install day is typically about five weeks, depending on equipment lead times. Commercial builds vary.
Yes. If you already have a launch monitor, screen or enclosure, we design the room around it, supply whatever is missing, and handle the install and calibration.
